    TAKING MEASUREMENTS

    BUST

    Wearing a bra, thread the measuring tape under your arms, and around the fullest part of your bust, through the centre of your nipple.

    WAIST

    The narrowest part of your torso in between the bottom of your rib cage and the top of your hip bone. 

    HIP

    Standing on a flat surface with feet together, place the measuring tape around the fullest part of the hips and bottom ( Usually 8" - 8.5" below the natural waistline).
